Nestled among the evergreens of central Maine, Pocket Pines is an AFRMA registered rattery which specializes in the ethical breeding of companion rats. With a strong emphasis on temperament, health, and sound structure, our mission is to better the species through educated, intentional pairings and hands-on care.
I have a particular fondness for DWS or 'high white' but every rat is raised in a clean, enriching environment and treated with love and respect. Each baby is carefully cultivated through ENS (early neurological stimulation) for the strongest foundation, continuously monitored for temperament, and raised on high-quality nutrition.
